Initiate a Return

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at info@romashoppe.com to start your return.

  • Please include your full name used for the order, your order number and reason for the return. 
  • All parts, assembly tools, and accessories must be included with your return to receive a full refund.
  • Please return the item in the original packaging and boxes. Items returned without original packaging will be subject to  an additional shipping and restocking fees. 

Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@romashoppe.com and report the issue within 7 days of delivery. Please do not forget to include your full name, order number and a couple of photos or video of the issue. Depending on the nature of the damage or defect, we will either replace one or more part(s) or send a replacement item. 

Refund Process

Once the item is back at our warehouse it will be inspected by our team. Provided it is in as-new condition, we will issue a refund less 1) repackaging fees (if applicable) and 2) outbound and return shipping fees.

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing once your return arrives at our facility. We will send you a refund confirmation via email once we have completed your return on our end, and credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Roma Products Purchased Elsewhere

We cannot accept returns on products purchased from other vendors; please work with the store you purchased your Roma item(s) from in accordance with their return policy. This includes, but is not limited to, items purchased through other partners.

Exchanges

Currently Roma does not process direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience. Returns are subject to our Return Policy.
